This controller integrates temperature control and time relay functions. It is designed with industrial-grade microcontrollers (microcomputers). It meets safety regulations by using two separate circuit boards for low-voltage and high-voltage circuits, ensuring complete isolation between high-voltage and low-voltage circuits.
The latest multi-functional temperature control power outlet: Press the middle function SET key to switch between four modes.
1. Temperature control range: -9°C to 99°C. The red digital display shows the actual temperature sensed by the sensor. The two green digital displays on the sides respectively show the user-set stop temperature and start temperature. Due to the need for both heating and cooling control, this controller also has two operating modes: "High-temperature Start" and "Low-temperature Start".
1. High-temperature start-up (cooling control): When the "start-up temperature" is greater than the "stop temperature," the thermostat is in the "high-temperature start-up" state. For example: If the measured temperature is 26°C on the left, the "stop temperature" is set to 20°C, and the "start-up temperature" is set to 30°C. At this time, the machine is turned on, the running indicator light (green light) is lit, and the power supply to the socket is turned on. When the measured temperature is less than or equal to 20°C, the machine is turned off, the standby indicator light (red light) is lit, and the power supply to the socket is turned off. This start-up method is mainly used for cooling, such as turning on air conditioners, exhaust fans, etc.
2. Low-temperature start-up (heating control): When the start-up temperature is less than the stop temperature, the thermostat is in the 'low-temperature start-up' state. For example: If the 'stop temperature' is set to 30°C and the 'start-up temperature' is set to 20°C, then when the actual measured temperature is less than or equal to 20°C, the machine will start up, the operation indicator light (green light) will be lit, and the power supply to the socket will be turned on. When the actual measured temperature is greater than or equal to 30°C, the machine will shut down, the standby indicator light (red light) will be lit, and the power supply to the socket will be turned off. This start-up method is mainly used for heating.
3. Alarm function: Temperature sensor failure or detected temperature values less than -9°C or greater than 99°C, the buzzer alarms, and the digital tube displays 'Er.' The power supply to the socket is cut off. The fault is resolved when...Return to normal.
