About Shipping:
1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which is convenient and fast. For large quantities, logistics is more cost-effective, but you need to go to the logistics to pick up the goods, which is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is China Post, and the logistics is the dedicated line. Every day, there are many trucks leaving for all parts of the country in Yiwu, and as long as the place has a relatively developed trade with Yiwu, there is a direct truck. After the goods arrive, the logistics will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there is no direct truck in the county and city, the logistics will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The direct place's logistics fee for one piece of goods is about 30 yuan, and the place needing transfer's transfer fee is about 20 yuan.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.
3. If there is a specific logistics, please note 'Yiwu phone number and address' in the "seller message" and do not use the chat record as a proof.
4. Direct delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days, while delivery via transfer may take an additional 1 to 2 days. Exceptions may apply. Please refer to actual delivery for accuracy. We cannot control the actual arrival time. If there are specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the logistics.
5. The specific pick-up address will be notified based on the consignment notice. If it is inconvenient to pick up, you can specify the logistics or send by courier.
6. We can also ship according to the customer's specified logistics, such as Deyong, Jiaji, Xibang, and Tiandi Huayu. However, the freight is relatively expensive.
7. When the goods are delivered, please make sure to sign for them in person. If you sign for them by your family, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have signed for them yourself. Please make sure to open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.
About after-sales service:
1. Within 3 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and susceptible to compression, whether there is a shortage, the actual receipt situation), after this period, we will not accept any complaints. If the case of false or exaggerated reports is verified, we will not accept it.
2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues such as functional failure in the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please obtain a proof with a fresh stamp from the relevant transportation party and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of five kilograms of products for a return. The return shipping fee will be borne by our company (we refuse to accept returns using expensive logistics services such as DEYANG or JIAJIE, and the return method should be negotiated with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping fee will be at their own expense. After all, we are dealing in mixed batches rather than retail, so please understand each other!
