Ordering Process

Special emphasis: We do not accept returns or refunds (but for products with factory quality issues, exchange can be negotiated. The transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are all without any fees, and the price is from Chenghai factory. Although our company has quality inspectors to conduct strict pre-production, production, and post-production inspections to ensure that the product quality is 100% free from problems, due to various uncertain factors, we can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the product quality will be free from problems after arrival, and 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.)

1. Minimum Order Quantity

All toys are ordered based on the minimum order quantity noted on the website! Generally, products can be ordered in a single box, but for some products, you need to order five or even ten boxes to place an order. We will inform you during the negotiation! Our company does not support mixed batches or retail, and each style is ordered by the box!

Sample Fee

If a warehouse or foreign trade company is absolutely required to confirm the sample, the sample fee will be charged at double. If the sample fee is less than 50 yuan, it will be charged at 50 yuan. If an order is placed, the sample fee can be returned according to the order situation, and the specific details can be negotiated with us. The courier fee is collect on delivery.)

III. Product Pricing

Our company's website directly quotes the factory price (i.e., the price at the factory delivery, without tax, excluding freight, and any other fees), and we will ship the goods for customers outside the region. Customers can specify the logistics/cargo/courier, and the freight will be paid upon arrival.

Fourthly, Payment Methods

Payment Method: Payment on Arrival (POA) (1. Bank Transfer; 2. Alipay payment is limited to "Immediate Payment"). If the order requires a certain amount of time to produce, a 30% deposit is required first, and the balance must be paid in full the day before the shipment.

5. Shipping Time

Upon receiving the customer's payment or deposit, our company will prepare the goods, which generally takes 1-3 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some require production), please customers ensure to book as early as possible according to actual conditions to avoid any difficulties in our company's arrangements, which may affect the customer's business operations. Once the goods are ready, they will be shipped according to the transportation method confirmed by our customer service personnel. If there are any delays in the delivery of some products, our sales personnel will also notify the customer in advance, and the customer can choose to replace or cancel the products that are out of stock.

All product prices are factory prices! We will ship for customers from other places! We can ship to the specified freight station at the customer's request, with freight to be paid upon arrival!

7. Receiving Standards

1. Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics company personnel upon receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods on the spot to check the accuracy. If there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, signing the receipt after that will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

2. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the price. Some buyers have found that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and not of high-quality materials, which is different from what they expected, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. There is no perfect product in the world, and too picky buyers are advised to look elsewhere. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

8. After-sales Service

All products manufactured by our factory are subject to strict quality inspection, and the quality guarantee pass rate is over 97%-98%. There are 2%-3% unforeseen issues (such as toys being damaged in transportation), which are within the scope of exemption. If there are quality problems with the products after they are shipped, we can negotiate for a replacement, but the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. If the problems occur after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If the problems are within our ability, we will help to solve them, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. The following conditions do not enjoy the return and exchange: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned products, incomplete accessories or related information, unauthorized repair or modification of the products, products that are not used or stored in the normal way, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask our customers to understand.
