We offer express delivery services from STO and EMS Economic Express. If these two express delivery services do not reach your location, we can send the goods by EMS Standard.

How is the after-sales service?

8. Are the products genuine? Do they have certificates?

All products of our company are guaranteed with quality. Jade from Hotan, jadeite, and other types of jade can be accompanied by certificates. Each product has a unique certificate number, and the test results can be checked online. If you need a certificate, please inform our customer service personnel. Each item will incur an additional 10 RMB testing fee.

9. How are the products packaged, do they come with gift boxes? Are all the pendants supplied with ropes?

Due to our company's significant price reduction, our existing products do not come with gift boxes. Pendants do not come with jade or silk ropes for free. Customers who need gift boxes can go to the packaging area to select their own suitable packaging and hanging ropes. Each of our products comes with a hard plastic bag or bubble film to ensure the safety of transportation.
