About Shipping
1) In general, products ordered and paid for before 13:00 can be shipped the same day, but due to various factors, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be shipped on the same day. We will try to ship within two days;
2) Due to unavoidable factors leading to a delay in shipping, we will contact you via Alipay or phone. Please contact us as soon as you receive our notice of shipping delay. 3) Orders paid before 13:00 on Monday to Saturday will be shipped the same day. Orders paid after 13:00 on Sunday will be shipped the next day.


About Transportation Damage

The damage in transportation is originally the responsibility of the logistics, but most domestic general logistics do not compensate or be responsible for the damage in transportation.
