1. Pre-sale explanation: After the logo design is confirmed, both parties will determine the final price. Once the client pays a 30% deposit, we will begin the printing process.

2. Customization Instructions: The logo and text for the advertising cups are provided by the customer. After our company formats and produces them, we will send them back for the customer to confirm and approve before printing.

III. Time Specification: For custom orders of advertising cups with a quantity below 1000, the time required for printing the logo is approximately 3 days.

IV. Logistics Instructions: The price of this product does not include shipping fees. All customers nationwide will choose logistics to ship with freight collect (please rest assured, freight collect by courier is more expensive, and the price of logistics with freight collect is the same). The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The shipping fee is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will select a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping fees to ship. The general logistics fee is about 1%-5% of the actual goods.

V. Sample Description: To maintain market order, the products are sold in bulk supply and not available for retail. If a distributor needs a sample, they must pay for the sample fee and shipping costs. For more details, please contact our customer service.

Sixth, Receipt Instructions: In the event of lost items during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the correctness of the quantity) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing goods on the parcel form. If there are signs of the parcel being opened, please contact us immediately, and we will handle the situation appropriately. If problems arise after signing, we regret that we are unable to assist. Any person signing on behalf of another is also considered as receipt, and we hope that our customers will understand! Seventh, After-sales Instructions: If a quality problem arises with the products received by the customer, all exchanges are guaranteed, and the freight costs will be borne by our company!
