Color Difference Explanation: Due to the background of the photos, different lighting, and the differences between computer monitors and the color reproduction devices, the color difference and color of the goods may vary, which is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The goods are subject to actual items. Since most jewelry is handmade, color differences and minor imperfections are common. If you are very particular about color differences and minor imperfections, please carefully consider before making a purchase.
About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). Generally, if an order is placed and paid before 4 PM, the goods will be sent out that same day (except on Sundays). In the event of stock shortages, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated personnel to check the shipping list and the goods together before packing and sending.
Express Logistics: Our default express service is YTO. If you need another express service, please contact our online customer service. If you need to send urgent goods and the express service cannot reach, please contact customer service to change to SF Express and China Post. For bulk goods, please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the freight station so that you can pick up the goods at the shortest time and the nearest location. We solemnly declare that we cannot control the express and logistics services. Please do not use the satisfaction of the express and logistics service attitude and the time of arrival as the basis for our evaluation.
04 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.
After-sales service: If you encounter any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are dissatisfied or feel that it is not as good as they imagined, these subjective reasons are not acceptable for returns or exchanges. However, if there are any objective quality issues such as rust, peeling paint, or loose stones, we will provide a full refund or exchange.
