1. Transportation Instructions

The prices marked by our company are the cost sale prices, which do not include any transportation fees or any other costs incurred during the transportation process. If you have a large quantity of orders, please contact us for detailed discussions on price discounts or freight reduction.

• 2. Packaging Instructions

  Our usual packaging method is to pack 50 pieces in an OPP bag. For large-scale packaging, we use sturdy large packaging films and sacks. If you need precise packaging or crating, please make sure with us in advance, as it usually requires additional charges. Except for the case where this precise packaging is specifically offered as a discount to you.

• 3. Return and Exchange Policy

  Please personally sign for the goods upon receipt, ensuring that the packaging is intact. If the outer packaging is damaged or there are any other damages (e.g., wet, dirty, etc.), please note this at the time of signing and consult with the freight company for compensation. Any return or exchange actions due to such damages, not caused by any quality issues with our goods, will not be accepted by us. Additionally, we generally inspect the quality of the large shipments before sending them, so please rest assured about the quality. For individual items with dirt or damage, we will verify them and allow for returns or exchanges. The associated costs will be borne by us.

• 5. We recommend the standard for inspection.

  Due to color differences in the images, please ensure that the actual product is the standard; the weight of the towel may not be completely uniform due to washing and weaving processes, so the difference in weight for the towel is 3 grams, and the difference for the children's towel is 2 grams, and the difference for the square towel is 1 gram, which is normal. If you have special requirements, please contact us when placing an order.
