3. Freight Issues
If the quantity is small, it can be sent by courier. If the quantity is large, it can be sent by logistics. IV. Receipt Instructions

2. Buyers who send express deliveries are requested to sign for the parcel when they receive it, and to verify the contents on the spot. Please especially check for any missing items or damaged products if the outer packaging is damaged. Only after verification can you sign. If you find: incorrect quantity, damaged goods, please do not sign immediately and seal it back in its original condition, and contact us in front of the courier. This factory mainly exports to the foreign trade market. We do not accept returns in principle, but we can negotiate for a product exchange if there are quality issues due to the factory. However, the transportation costs must be borne by the buyer. The exchanged product must ensure that it does not affect secondary sales. 2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we can solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
3.
