1. About the damage and lack of goods: Please count the quantity in person with the transportation company staff when receiving the goods. If there is any lack, please refuse to sign. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and compensate for the missing part of your goods. For large commodities, please inform us of your missing quantity within 24 hours after signing. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity. If you do not inform us within 24 hours after signing, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. In addition, due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may be out of stock at any time. If the shortage of goods is caused by insufficient stock, we will refund to you, or send it together with the next order, but we will not send it separately. Damage: If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm, and check if there is a shortage. If you say later, you need to bear the responsibility yourself.
Second, about the quality of products with defects: There is a defect rate in street vendors' supplies, with an overall defect rate of about 4%. 4% is within the scope of exemption. If the defect rate exceeds this range, we can handle exchanges or refunds. Please return at least 2 kilograms or a sum of 100 yuan. Send by regular mail or ordinary logistics, and refuse to send by courier with payment on delivery. Please include a return list in the return. More than 40% of the product images in the shop are self-taken, which can more truly reflect the actual product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. 3. About returns and exchanges: Please contact us within seven days for normal returns and exchanges, and ensure that the returned goods do not affect secondary sales. If the returned goods affect secondary sales, we will refuse to sign and take photos, and return the goods to the sender. The shipping cost within 7 days is self-funded and not discounted. For goods over 7 days, a consultation is needed. If we agree to return and exchange, we will return the goods at a 70% discount.
