1.Packing Instructions: All individual items from our company must be purchased in full cases. The number of items per case is indicated on the product detail page. For example, the oil pot is 36 pieces per box, so when you order, you need to order at least the minimum number of 36. The packaging quantity varies depending on the product specifications, so when you order different sizes of products, you must order according to the packaging quantity described on the page, or the multiple of the packaging quantity. All products must be ordered in minimum quantities of 1 piece, and the minimum order quantity is 4 boxes per order. We support mixed batches. 2. Regarding the products: All products are subject to strict inspection before leaving the factory. Regular products are mixed-color packaged, while some are single-color packaged. For those who order in bulk, you can choose the color or have them produced in a specific color. For more details, you can contact our online business team for assistance.

3. Can I return the goods: Our products currently do not support return and exchange services. We send the returned goods directly to the waste recycling plant to ensure that the products we send out are all new.

4. About shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM usually ship the same day, at the latest the next day. If there is a shortage, we will contact the customer immediately. For urgent orders or those with a specified delivery time, please inform us in advance. Transportation times may occasionally be extended due to weather or other reasons, which is normal. If the buyer needs to receive the goods within a specific time, please inform us in advance to avoid any delays.

5. Transportation methods and freight charges: Normal delivery is by standard logistics, where the buyer must pick up the goods at the logistics center and pay the freight directly to the logistics provider. If you require a different transportation method, please inform the online business.

6. Transportation Damage Issue: In order to save customers' transportation costs, we always choose to send by ordinary logistics. However, ordinary logistics do not provide compensation for transportation damage. Some large domestic logistics companies have compensation clauses, but the freight cost is twice or three times that of ordinary logistics. We do not recommend using large logistics. Some products are after all fragile, and if there are any damaged products during transportation, they can be returned. For glass products, a 70% refund is available, and for pure plastic products, a 90% refund is available. However, the return shipping cost needs to be borne by the buyer. We can only recycle the returned products at a discount of 3-4, and if there is any damage, we need to share the cost equally. Therefore, when we ship, we will also remind the logistics to handle with caution.

7. Payment Method: Customers with Alipay can directly make payments after placing orders, while those without Alipay can only make bank transfers to ship the goods.

After-sales: General logistics usually does not have real-time logistics tracking information. If the goods have not arrived after a certain period of time, please contact us immediately, and we will contact the freight transportation situation in real time.
