Must-read instructions for wool/cashmere product procurement contracts:
About size: Measurements are made by hand and flat lay, with a 2-4cm error considered normal.
Regarding the invoice: a regular tax invoice can be issued. If a tax invoice for value-added tax is required, please complete the tax payment and then the invoice will be issued.
About supply: We supply physical stores, wholesale stalls, shopping malls, supermarkets, live streaming, cross-border customers, and we can offer favorable prices for frequent buyers.
About after-sales service: This product is a custom wholesale item, not retail, and only supports exchanges. Before placing a large-volume order, you can negotiate the return ratio with customer service.
About accessories: The jewelry worn by the model is for the purpose of matching the overall look, and unless specifically mentioned on the page, it is not for sale or as a gift.
Regular questions: loose threads, scratches, and transport-induced creases do not fall under quality issues. Color differences due to lighting and scene factors in the photos are normal.
About logistics: The goods do not include shipping fees, and the return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. If the quantity is large, please contact the customer service for negotiation.
Regarding disputes: We have video surveillance and images to prove the shipment. If there are any problems with the goods upon receipt, please contact the store's customer service within 24 hours for processing. If there is a request for a return or a refund after intentionally damaging the product, we reserve the right to sue, and all related legal costs, including attorney fees, filing fees, execution fees, security fees, travel expenses, and litigation costs, will be borne by the defendant.
Wool/Cashmere Pilling Problem:
Animal hair products are normal characteristics with shedding and pilling phenomena, which do not belong to quality problems. If pilling occurs, it can be removed by gently pulling with your fingers or using small scissors, brushing the hair with a clothing brush to straighten it, and for larger areas with more pilling, you can first spread the clothes flat on a flat table, straighten and tighten, and use a special electric shaver to gently and vertically electrically absorb the balls.
Wool/Cashmere Product Care:
The water temperature should be controlled at about 35 degrees, and when washing, one should gently squeeze the fabric, rather than rub, knead, or twist it. It is absolutely forbidden to use a washing machine for washing.
Use woolen garment detergent. Make sure to use a neutral detergent, and the general ratio of water to detergent is 100:3. Patterned or multi-colored clothes should not be soaked, but washed immediately after immersion, and clothes of different colors should not be washed together to avoid staining. When rinsing, slowly add cold water to gradually reduce the temperature to room temperature, and then rinse thoroughly. After washing, press with your hands to remove the water, then wrap with a dry cloth to press, or use a centrifugal dryer. Note that the woolen garment must be wrapped in cloth before being placed in the dryer; do not dry for too long, no more than 2 minutes.
After washing and drying, if there are folds after washing, you can use a steam iron with a medium temperature (about 140°C) to hang iron with a distance of 0.5-1cm between the iron and the cashmere sweater, or you can put a wet towel under it. You should place the clothes in a well-ventilated place to air-dry, do not hang or expose it to direct sunlight to prevent the clothes from deforming.
