For any goods purchased from our company with quality issues or short deliveries, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you promptly and provide you with a satisfactory response:
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any functional failure or quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be accepted once verified.
2. Since it is impossible for customers to inspect all products individually upon receipt, we allow a 7-day period after receipt to discover any quality issues. We will offer exchange or return services for any products with quality problems.
3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but we may not be able to satisfy 100% of the requests. If the color and style do not meet the customer's requirements, we will not offer exchanges or returns (the customer may specify that if the goods cannot be ordered as requested, they can be treated as out of stock).
4. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction or poor sales performance as a reason, and the product does not have any quality issues, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
5. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the packaging box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please obtain a proof with the company's seal from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim; if the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
6. Please protect the integrity of the product packaging and ensure that all accessories and related documents are complete. If there are any quality issues with the product itself, we will provide exchange within the specified time frame; (The freight for the exchange of goods is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to make up for the next order)
7. If the returned product is not in its original packaging, lacks accessories or related documents; if it has been repaired or modified without authorization; if it has been used or stored improperly; if it is beyond the warranty period; or if the returned product has been tampered with or is false, we will not assume any responsibility for a return or exchange.
8. If a customer returns a product due to quality issues, please send it back to our company using a standard courier service. The customer will pay for the shipping costs, and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the actual product cost once we receive the goods. If the customer returns the product without communicating with our customer service, we will not accept the return;
9. The styles uploaded by our store are generally hot-selling styles in the market. Once a product is sold, it is not possible to return or refund! Please carefully consider before placing an order. Alibaba does not allow returns or exchanges based on poor sales. If there are quality issues with the product, it can be exchanged for the same style within seven days of receiving the goods. If the buyer does not like the color or style of the purchased item, it can be returned to the same style within seven days of receiving the goods, with the postage being responsible for self-payment. For exchanges to other styles, a 70% discount on the original price will be applied (as the product changes frequently, the price may vary at any time, the profit is thin, and the transportation may easily cause packaging wear and tear, so it is not recommended to exchange).
