1: The most common problems with action figure models, such as flaking paint, gaps, and glue residue, are not within the scope of after-sales services!!

Action figure models are not crafts, but are mass-produced products that are hand-painted and assembled on an assembly line. It is inevitable that there will be uneven color, smudging, and glue leakage, and we cannot guarantee that the action figure is flawlessly perfect!!

2. Problems with the transport of action figures: The shop supports one time replacement for damaged items! Or a refund and return,

The return shipping fee for items with no damage needs to be borne by the buyer, and the shipping fee for sending out replacement or resending items is borne by the seller!!

3. Please sign for and inspect the express delivery upon receipt, and if there are any defects, please take video or photos and contact us for processing. After 7 days, we will not process any after-sales service!!
