3、关于颜色
1. Most of the goods in our store are photographed from the actual items, with a small number of images from the internet. The colors have been professionally checked and are most similar to the actual flat layout images. However, due to factors such as lighting, the color contrast and color temperature of computer monitors, color differences are unavoidable. The pictures are for reference only and the actual items should be used as the standard. If you are concerned, please be careful when shooting!

4. Regarding style and color issues, the default is to ship according to the order, and we do not support notes for style or color (except for special instructions on the product page); we will try to ship as per your requirements, but there may be some shortages, and we hope everyone will understand. If there are any temporary shortages (you can also note the color of the missing goods when ordering), we will inform you by Alibaba or phone, please forgive us!

5. About After-sales Service
1. Receipt: Please personally inspect the goods and sign for them. This is your right and also a key part of our after-sales service. Thank you for your cooperation. (If you are unable to personally sign for the goods, please inform the person who will help you sign for them, such as a friend, relative, or gatekeeper, to inspect and sign for the goods.)

2. Lack or quality issues: If you receive the goods and find any missing or quality issues, please contact the after-sales customer service within three days after signing. For goods with quality problems, please take photos of the goods upon receipt and send them to us for confirmation. You can contact our after-sales Alipay to send images, and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. Please note that any consequences after the deadline are your own responsibility.

3. Exchange and Return: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within three days after signing for any reason, provided that it has not been used and does not affect resale. In general, most products support a three-day return policy after signing, and some products offer a seven-day return service without any reason.
