About size: Measurements are made by hand and flat lay, with a 2-4cm error considered normal.

About accessories: The jewelry worn by the model is for the purpose of matching the overall look, and unless specifically mentioned on the page, it is not for sale or as a gift.

Silk products: The colorfastness of mulberry silk products is low and they tend to fade easily. Please do not machine wash or mix them with other items, and do not leave them soaking for a long time. The silk fabric is fragile and prone to pilling. Please inspect the goods before signing for them.

Denim category: The color depth of sandwashing parts on each piece of clothing may vary slightly, which is normal.

Furry items: Animal hair products or imitation fur products, the phenomenon of shedding and pilling is a normal characteristic and does not fall under quality issues.

Printed clothing: It is normal for the pattern position and details of printed fabric clothing to be different from those of other styles.

Regular questions: loose threads, scratches, and transport-induced creases do not fall under quality issues. Color differences due to lighting and scene factors in the photos are normal.

About logistics: The goods do not include shipping fees, and the return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. If the quantity is large, please contact the customer service for negotiation.

Regarding disputes: We have video surveillance and images to prove the shipment.
