Purchasing Instructions

Please contact customer service before placing an order to confirm the specifications and quantity. If you do not contact customer service and place an order, we will not ship the goods. Please inspect the goods before signing upon arrival. If there are any issues with the specifications or quality, please contact the merchant within 24 hours. Any issues beyond 24 hours will be considered as confirmation of receipt. For custom-processed products, except for quality issues, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

1. If you find that the goods or the recipient's information of the order is incorrect after the order is successfully placed, and if the order has not yet been shipped, you can contact customer service to modify it or apply for a refund and place a new order directly.2. For orders that have already been shipped, if you wish to return them before receiving any logistics information, please immediately contact customer service to cancel the express delivery number. Otherwise, the round-trip shipping costs after the express delivery is sent out will be borne by the customer.

3. If there are any problems after the express delivery is sent out, please contact the official telephone of the corresponding express company or the telephone of the receiving party's branch as soon as possible.

4. Packing Standards, Express Delivery OptionsThe product must have good packaging: First, the copper mesh lining is fixed on the fragile and valuable core paper tube, followed by an anti-moisture paper, then a layer of air cushion film, and finally wrapped in a layer of woven bag.
