Please open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier before signing for them. If there are any damaged parts, have the courier sign on the delivery form. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours and send us photos for confirmation. We will arrange to send the parts within 48 hours. The parts are provided for free, but you will need to pay for the shipping or use SF's cash on delivery service. If you require free replacement parts without paying for shipping, please do not make a purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.

Shipping Instructions:

1: Trophy is a custom-made product. Once it is customized, it becomes a personal exclusive item. This is the special significance of personalized custom service. We regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2: Trophy returns due to quality issues are not allowed. If there is a problem with any part, we will arrange to send a replacement part. If you receive damaged goods within 24 hours, please contact us. The trophy is composed of different parts. If the damage requires the entire trophy to be replaced or if you use this as an excuse to claim poor quality and request a return, please do not make such claims (quality issues and discrepancies with the received goods from the product images are not considered quality issues if there is damage).

3: Regarding logistics, we will deliver the goods as agreed, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time 100%. This cannot be used as a reason for a refund!
