问：定制客人产品，设计稿要什么格式的？
答：设计稿需提供AI/CDR/PDF等原文件,如没有原稿设计,可提供清楚图片.

问：模具费包含打样费吗，样品能提供多少个？
答：模具费也就是打样费，提供样品2-3个，如金额较大样品只提供样品1只，如客户需要另加多样品(不超过5只），按照产品单价另行收取样品费。

问：打样多少天？大货几天？
答：打样一般是在7-10天内,视产品设计复杂程度而定.大货一般是12-20天左右，具体根据数量多少而定，如加急订单可以增加费用加急生产

问：我怎么知道你做的产品同客人的设计是否符合,中间可以改模具吗?
答：在收到模具费后，我司会安排模具技术人员画2D或3D的效果图给客户确认，在没有正式开模之前，客户可以提出修改意见，我司在技术上可以达到的情况下，修改模方案。在开模过程中如因客户原因在已确认模具图情况下再提出修改，由此产生重做模具费用由客户承担.

问：你们付款可以网上下单吗？可以做货到付款吗,余款能做收到货再付?
答：我们付款方式有2种：1、阿里巴巴网站下单，需要拍下全部货款，2、可以银行支付宝等方式转账为首付30%定金,余款需在发货前付清.
