1. Does the car need to be assembled after arrival?

Answer: Yes, the vehicles we send are usually 85% semi-finished products, with the basic components already assembled. Due to the nature of the industry and transportation regulations, some prominent components need to be assembled upon arrival, such as pedals, seats, handlebars, and front wheels.

2. Do you have an invoice, instructions, a certificate of quality, and a warranty card?

Answer: There are no invoices, certificates of quality, or warranty cards, so the product cannot be serviced jointly. There are warranty terms at the back; please take a careful look.

3. What express delivery method do you use? How many days after payment does the shipment take? How many days after shipment does the arrival take?

Answer: Our default delivery method is Ten Days Express. For areas where Ten Days Express does not reach, please contact our customer service. Bicycles are large items that require inventory to be individually packed and strictly boxed. Therefore, after payment, it usually takes up to 48 hours to ship the goods. Generally, goods will arrive within 3 to 5 days after shipping, and in some remote areas, it may take 5 to 8 days. Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, there may be some delays. As we are also customers of the courier service, we cannot accurately predict the transportation time. We hope you can understand!

4. Will there be any wear during transportation?

Answer: Because our bicycles are large items, strict packaging measures have been taken before shipping. Due to the product characteristics of this industry, it is inevitable that there will be some scratches and wear during transportation, which may cause some minor scratches to the bicycle. We hope you can understand. If the buyer cannot accept this, please consider carefully before purchasing.

5. We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Please forgive any mistakes and understand that mutual tolerance is the key to a pleasant transaction.

6. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color differences caused by different monitors.

Free warranty items and period
1. The frame will be replaced free of charge if it naturally cracks, comes loose, breaks, or separates within three years from the date of receipt.
2. Front fork, handlebar, and rim will be replaced free of charge if they naturally crack, come loose, or break within six months from the date of receipt.
Three sets of shafts, including front, rear, and center, and the flywheel, if found to be broken or detached, will be replaced free of charge within three months from the date of receipt.
Out of Warranty Scope:
1>The warranty period has expired.
2. Brake cables, brake pads, grip shift cables, saddle leather, inner and outer tires, and other easily worn parts are not covered by the warranty.
3. Parts damage caused by improper use, maintenance, collision, fall, overloading, chemical exposure, or other abnormal riding:

5》If the damage to the replaceable parts is not replaced in time, the damage of the related parts will not be replaced for free.
