Wholesale Terms: 1: All products sold by our company support returns within seven days from the date of system-displayed receipt signature. Returns beyond seven days are not supported.
2: Within 7 days from the date of express delivery showing receipt, we support exchange for goods if the product is unopened and can be resold without any impact on the second sale.
3: For products with free shipping offered as part of official activities, if the customer makes a return or exchange without justification, they will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping fee.
4: The product packaging has a few stains, which does not belong to quality problems. Due to the inevitable friction during the delivery process, these stains do not affect the quality of the product.
5: If the product has a slight odor, it does not belong to quality problems. New shoes have not been worn, and there may be a slight odor, but it does not affect health.
If there are any quality problems or short deliveries after receiving the goods, the buyer must contact the seller within 24 hours from the time of signing to verify the situation. If the time exceeds this range, the buyer is responsible for the situation.
7: If the peak season leads to a delay in customer receipt due to courier factors, it is not related to the seller.
