If the quantity of goods is large, we can send them by logistics. Please note that when using logistics, you need to pick up the goods at the logistics company. Section Two: About Receiving Goods
Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or damaged, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage or quality problems, please do not sign or take away the goods first. Contact us on the spot or at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, signing after the receipt will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
III. About Returns and Exchanges
1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.
If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, if the confirmation of receipt is more than 7 days, due to the damage and loss caused by the return of the product, it is all refunded at 80% of the original price. If it exceeds 1 month, we do not provide a return and exchange service without quality problems. If you really can't help it, you can contact our customer service. The return of products with free shipping needs to deduct the shipping cost. Note: (The return of the goods is borne by the buyer).
2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:
If the amount is small or the damage is not significant, we will bear the cost. If the amount is large or significant, the network transaction rules will apply, with the receipt as the standard. If you are not satisfied, you can return the goods, and you need to bear the return freight cost yourself. For long-term wholesale customers, you can accumulate a certain number and return through logistics consignment. We will bear the direct logistics cost to Yiwu. The profit from wholesale volume is too low, and we will share the business risks together. Please understand.
3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party courier logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it is not a reason for returning the goods.
Section 4: Quality

However, due to the production, packaging, and transportation of the products, there may be some minor flaws such as more edge gaps, slightly larger seams, or uneven printing or small spots on the surface.
