Select the product → make the payment → send the request for high-definition images → create the rendering effect → customer confirmation → factory production → packaging and shipping

3. The process for mold-making customizations is as follows:

Please send a high-definition 3D image or the source file, and then make a clay sample (approximately 15-20 days). After the clay sample is made, the client confirms there are no mistakes, and then arranges to make the bulk production (approximately 15-20 days). (For specific costs or questions, you can consult the customer service).

Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to quality issues.

Our default shipping method is China Post and STO Express. The product price does not include shipping, freight, or taxes (these three items need to be paid by the customer). All products in our store are sold in stock, and the products displayed on the page are all in stock. Please rest assured to purchase. Due to the large number of product categories in our store and the large number of daily sales orders, there may be cases where some products are not promptly removed from the shelf, leading to stockouts. Please understand, and we will contact you by phone or Alipay message to handle the situation.

If there are any problems with the product, please contact the customer service for assistance. Our shop offers a 7-day exchange policy for products, provided that the goods are not affected by our secondary sales. If there is no logistics record or you have not received the goods 10 days after the payment, please call to inquire or contact the Alipay customer service to avoid any unexpected incidents. Once the customer receives the goods, the transaction will be completed.
