About shipping

Our shipping address is located in the Tianrun Logistics Park, less than 200 meters from us. It is very convenient and fast to ship to all parts of the country! If a customer places an order before 16:00 the same day, the order will normally be shipped that afternoon. If an order is placed after 16:00, we will ship the next day! As soon as an order is placed, our warehouse will arrange for the shipment immediately. Once the order is placed, we will not support refunds because once the goods are shipped, there will be shipping costs. Please understand!

About freight

1. All products in our store are not shipped for free. When placing an order, the system will automatically generate the freight or express shipping fee. If you need to send by logistics, please consult the customer service to calculate the specific freight. 2. All distributors supporting one-time distribution of products in our store are not shipped for free by default. Once they are sent out, they will incur shipping fees. If the products are refused or returned, the freight should be deducted from the order. The return freight needs to be borne by oneself. About taking samples

All products in this shop support free sample pickup. The delivery is by SF Express and is to be paid upon receipt. Samples are not exchangeable or refundable, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the absence of after-sales service. To qualify for a refund of the sample fee, buyers must pay for the sample after picking it up, and within 15 days, their single order amount in this shop must reach 5000 yuan or more.

Signature and After-sales Service

Please inspect the goods for any problems before signing for receipt. If the goods are incorrect or damaged, please refuse to accept and contact us as soon as possible. If there are any problems with the goods after signing for receipt without inspection, the responsibility will be on the side that signed for receipt.
