Can the product be customized with a logo imprint?
Answer: We are a factory direct sales, most of our products can accept OEM manufacturing and corporate gift customizations. If the minimum order quantity is 200 pieces or more, we can print customer information such as logo, phone number, address on the product or packaging. Is the product shipped for free?
Answer: All our product quotes do not include shipping costs, so they are not free shipping. For specific shipping fees, please contact our customer service personnel. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual order weight, volume, and arrival address. Our business personnel will try their best to help you arrange direct express logistics.
If the purchase quantity is small, it will be sent by courier; if the purchase product volume reaches one cubic meter or more, it will be arranged to be sent by logistics, and the logistics can be chosen to be self-picked up or delivered to the door; In addition, logistics usually arrives at the municipal city level, if in remote areas, it can be transferred to local logistics after arriving at the local place.
 
How to handle after-sales maintenance?
All products produced by our factory are original and genuine, with a one-year warranty. Some products enjoy replacement service for repair. Wholesale customers should handle after-sales service by themselves through our agents. Our factory will provide free replacement parts for some easily damaged parts. When the quantity reaches a certain level, we will return to the factory for repair or replacement. After-sales shipping costs will be borne by each party, that is, the return shipping costs will be responsible by you, and the shipping costs for sending out will be borne by our factory. According to our sales and production experience, the quality of the products that leave the factory has been strictly tested, and the ratio of returns and exchanges is low.
