1. Transaction Process

1. Customers select goods, place orders, and make payments (if you have any questions about product information or other matters, please contact customer service for consultation).
2. Upon receiving the payment, the goods will be dispatched according to the customer's requirements (if the product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to inquire about their preference for a replacement item, a different color, or a refund for the individual product).
3. After the goods are checked and sealed, they will be shipped within 2 days, depending on the customer's selected shipping method. If there are holidays, events, etc., the shipping date will be postponed by 3 days.
After the shipment, we will leave a message for the client via text message, Aliwangwang, and other ways, and inform the shipping number.

II. Transportation Instructions

All product quotes do not include shipping, freight, or taxes (these three items are the customer's responsibility to pay). Customers can choose between logistics and courier delivery methods.

3. After-sales Service
1. If there are any quality problems with the product, there is a clear warranty period. The warranty is in accordance with the provisions of the warranty card.
2. The attached product photos are all taken from the actual items. Due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be color differences from the actual items. Such issues do not fall under quality problems of the products. The final color will be determined by the actual item received. For some products, due to updates or improvements in quality, the product information may not have been updated in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will not notify you in advance. Please refer to the actual item received.
3. All product prices are subject to the current day's settlement price, and product prices may fluctuate due to raw material price increases without prior notice.
4. If you have not received the goods 10 days after payment, please call to inquire to avoid any unexpected incidents.
5. If the customer has any questions after receiving the goods, they can contact the corresponding customer service who they consulted when purchasing the product to handle after-sales issues.

4. Return Policy
1. Please verify the documents and goods immediately upon receipt of the customer. If there are any questions, please contact the customer service for processing. If there is no objection after 3 days of arrival, it will be considered as the completion of the transaction. Refunds for goods without quality problems will not be accepted. If there are any damage or quality problems caused by the transportation process and the need for return or exchange, please contact the customer service for processing.
