答：我们有专门包装师傅保证运输，万一打开后发现损坏，签收后24小时内联系我们的售后人员，并提供相应损坏的产品照片，即可为您安排补换。他人代签同样有效！
1、工艺：手制瓷因手工的特性，就像没有两片一模一样的树叶一样，也不会有两片一模一样的瓷片，我们努力把每件作品做到和图片一样尽量减少偏差，但是仍不免会存在这样的问题，希望喜欢它的你同样能包容她的美！
2、烧制：陶瓷首饰的烧制一般分为平烧和吊烧，平烧的产品大多为了正面积有厚重的釉水或者为了 手绘的彩料不会在高温中流动，这些产品背面则是素胎，陶瓷品是需要一个面或者一个点不施釉才可烧制。1300°高温后的素胎经过打磨处理，都是细腻适宜贴合皮肤， 吊烧的产品一般会产生釉水流动的效果，产品双面均有釉，但是顶部会有小孔用于掉起！
