关于瑕疵：

Most of our products are handmade, which means they cannot meet the standards of mechanical or digital production. As a result, there may be minor imperfections in some of the products. The flowers are hand-inserted, and if they are squeezed during transportation or used improperly during construction, some may fall off. This is a normal phenomenon and not a quality issue. Please simply reinsert the flowers in their original positions, and if necessary, use hot glue to secure them. If the flowers are deformed due to squeezing, use a blow dryer or hot steam to restore their shape, and for some flowers, you can use the method of rotating the petals. If the imperfections in some products are serious and cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them for you. We do not accept a return of all products due to a problem with a single item.

About the size:

All products in our store are measured by hand, and there may be some errors due to different measuring methods. For special products, it is even more difficult to control when measured by hand, such as the size of the flower head, which may be different. The measurement results will definitely be different. For some flower heads, if they are squeezed, the measurement results will also be different. When we measure, we will adopt the mean method to control the error to the minimum.

关于价格：

The price of our products is the direct factory price. In order to meet the needs of different types of buyers, most of our products use step prices. If the buyer orders a large number of product categories, the product quantity is relatively small, we need to re-order, packaging, which is quite troublesome. Therefore, the price is slightly higher than the whole piece. The price of new products can be negotiated with the boss.

The prices of this store do not include shipping fees or tax.

About the shipping time:

After the buyer successfully pays, we will ship the goods in order according to the order sequence. The process is quite complex, including ordering, picking, checking, packaging, and delivery. If there are many kinds of products ordered, it is inevitable that there may be stock shortages when the warehouse is picking. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to negotiate stock adjustment, waiting for the goods, or returning the goods. If the buyer orders a large number of products or a variety, the packing time will be longer, and it may not be possible to pack and ship all of them on the same day. We will take the approach of packing and sending some part of the order, and the other part will be packed and sent the next day.
