The color-changing chameleon powder surface shape is divided into two types: one with a white powder appearance, and the other with a colored powder appearance.
Chameleon Use and Suggested Additive Formula:
1. Application of the paint: First, spray a black or dark color primer on the object, and then spray the color-changing pigment to achieve the color-changing effect.
Pigment: Colorant addition: 5%-15%
Ink: Colorant Addition: 5%-15%
2. The application of plastic, it is recommended to use 1%-8% of color-changing pigment mixed with 0.02% carbon black, which can achieve the best color-changing effect. The color-changing pigment can withstand a temperature of 300°C.
Usage Notes:
1. Avoid mixing with strong acids and alkaline materials to prevent corrosion of the raw materials.
2. The pigment should be dispersed using a low-shear dispersing machine to avoid using grinding and compressing dispersal methods, which could cause the pigment particles to break.
3. Mixing with pigments (such as metals, pigment luminescence), can achieve unexpected color change effects. Opaque or light-reflective components will diminish color changes.
4. The color tone can be changed by altering the color of the base layer or by mixing two types of color-changing pigments.
5. The amount of paint is affected by factors such as the quality of the substrate surface, the color of the substrate, the thickness of the coating, and the requirements for coverage.
