For each product, we have both standard packaging and high-end packaging, and we also accept gift-design packaging and other customizations.

First, we put your product into a plastic bag to avoid dust, and then place the product individually into a small cardboard box. Then put several small boxes into a large cardboard box, or stack the products with paper between them into one cardboard box, depending on the size and type of the product you choose. Usually, 4 or 6 products are packed into one cardboard box. If you need more packaging information, please feel free to contact our customer service. General delivery after 30 days from payment.

For each model, we have common and top grade packing box, we also accept gift design and private customize.

Enameled Pot Care:

1. For the first time using this product, simply wash it with warm water and a neutral detergent.

2. Use neutral or specialized cleaning agents to extend the service life.

3. Avoid sudden temperature changes. When the pot is hot, do not immediately pour cold water into it or place it in cold water, to prevent the enamel from peeling off.

4. Avoid overheating. This product has strong thermal conductivity, and excessive high-temperature heating can cause the pot to overheat. It is recommended to heat with medium to low fire.

5. After use, please wipe clean as soon as possible and place it in a well-ventilated area. Do not leave it in a damp place for a long time.

6. Prohibited excessive knocking, to prevent damage to the enamel layer.

7. Use wooden or silicone spatulas as much as possible, avoid using metal spatulas or steel wool, to avoid scratching enamel and affecting the service life of the pot.

8. Enameled pots are cast using sand molds, which can produce a large amount of gas when iron is poured into the mold. Therefore, the finished products may have sand holes or air pockets. The enamel layer of the pot is sprayed inverted, so the pot mouth and rim
Some parts are exposed as silver-gray iron, which is not a quality problem! After cleaning, you can apply vegetable oil to the edge of the pot to prevent rust.

7. You'd better use a Wooden shovel or a silicone shovel, Avoid using a metal shovel and a steel ball, So as not to scratch the surface.Enamel affects the service life.

8. Enamel cookware is made using a stand mold, and when iron water is poured into the mold, it will cause a lot of bubbles, resulting in the product having pores. The enamel coating is applied using an inversion spray, which means that the edges of the pan may have a silver-gray iron appearance. Please note that this is not a quality issue; when cleaning the cookware, it is recommended to wipe the edges with vegetable oil to prevent rust.

9.The special cookware cover also has anomalies, and uneven gravity is produced during production, which causes a slight gap between the body and the cover. This is a normal situation, please don't worry.
