One: About Wholesale

        Please contact our customer service before placing an order with Alibaba. For long-term orders, contact the customer service for a certain discount. Confirm the inventory. Products with multiple colors and styles are defaulted to be randomly mixed. The company will try its best to meet the product color and style specified by the customer in the order notes. For individual orders, if the warehouse inventory color or style cannot meet the customer's requirements, we do not accept returns caused by this.

Section Two: About Express Logistics

          The store sends YTO Express, ANN Logistics, Quick Express, and Post, and for goods weighing 1 kilogram or less, we will send them by courier. For goods weighing 3 kilograms or less, we will send them by YTO Express. For goods weighing more than 3 kilograms, we will send them by Quick Express and Post. If there is no customer-specified courier. If you need to send by logistics, the logistics fee will be collected upon delivery.

Three: About After-sales Service

       Our company provides free replacement, return, and refund services for accessories. For returned goods, they must be in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. Due to wholesale, our margin is relatively low, so we cannot bear the shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding!

Four: About Product Inventory

 Our factory has regular inventory, but due to the large changes in in and out stock, after submitting an order, please contact customer service to calculate the inventory before making payment!

Five: About the shipping time

     Our company usually arranges the shipment of orders placed before 15:00 the same day. However, there may be exceptions due to special circumstances. To avoid affecting your business, we recommend placing your order at least 1-2 days in advance!
