Wholesale Terms

1: All products of our company support return within seven days from the date of system display receipt signing, beyond seven days, no support.

2: Within 15 days from the date of express delivery showing receipt, we support exchange for goods provided they have not been opened and can be resold.

3: For products with free shipping offered as part of official activities, if the customer makes a return or exchange without justification, they will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping fee.

4: The product packaging has a few stains, which does not belong to quality problems. Due to the inevitable friction during the delivery process, these stains do not affect the quality of the product.

5: If the product has a slight odor, it does not belong to quality problems. New shoes have not been worn, and there may be a slight odor, but it does not affect health.

6: If there are any quality problems or short deliveries after receiving the goods, the buyer must contact the seller within 12 hours from the time of signing to verify the situation. If the time exceeds this range, the buyer is responsible for the situation.

7: If the customer experiences a delay in receiving their goods due to delivery factors during the peak season, it is not the seller's responsibility.

All prices of our company's products are ex-tax prices. Additional taxes are required for invoices.
