1. About shipping:All products in our factory are sold in wholesale, with a minimum order of at least one box for each style. LOGO printing is available starting with an order of two boxes. The setup fee is charged at 50 yuan per color, and an additional 0.1 yuan is added to each cup. For large orders, the setup fee can be waived.

2. About damage: If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos and communicate with our customer service. If the situation is true, we will contact the logistics to negotiate for compensation.

3. About logistics:Our products do not come with free shipping. By default, we use express logistics to deliver the products to your door. For special areas, please pick up the products yourself. If you need to specify freight or pay for shipping separately, please contact our customer service.
