1. Regarding express delivery, we default to using YTO Express. We do not support customer-selected courier services (if you need to use SF Express, please contact our customer service). After the payment for the goods and shipping fees are made, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. In the event of any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)

If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

2. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.

1. We do not accept returns in principle. For products with quality problems, please feedback the product issues to our after-sales service within 5 days after receipt (time of receipt signature). Our after-sales service will register your situation. When the problem products reach 20 kilograms, they will be returned by freight, and the freight will be borne by us! If the amount is less than 20 kilograms, the buyer will bear the cost. For the returned quality problem products, the packaging must be intact, and the original packaging cannot be changed, no writing on the product, no traces of use, no labels or tags on the product, etc., otherwise it will be considered to have been used, and no return or exchange will be allowed! The returned products need to be accompanied by a list, clearly indicating the number of problem products, the problem, the order, and will be sent out with the new order after repair. Those who have not raised objections will be deemed to have agreed to the return rules. If the return rules are not fulfilled, the related costs will be borne by the buyer. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return.

3. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the price. Some buyers have reported that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. Nothing is perfect, and we understand that some buyers may be too picky. Please forgive us if you are too particular. 4. All sizes are measured by hand, and an error of 1-2CM is normal. All pictures are uploaded by actual shooting. Due to differences in light and monitors, there may be some color differences, please understand.
