All the goods in our store are handmade, and the sizes are measured by hand. Due to the fact that the goods are measured by hand and there are differences in different materials, an error of 2-3cm is considered normal.

2, About Color Difference

All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to lighting, monitor display, and individual color perception, there may be some color differences between the photos and the actual items. The final color of the product should be determined by the actual goods.

3 About Shipping

The jewelry is individually OPP packaged. We suggest buyers complete their purchases by 2pm the same day to ensure we can check the goods and complete the shipment on the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). In the event of stockouts, we will contact you by phone or Alipay Messenger.

4, About the return

Regarding returns, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal dislikes or differences from expectations, unless there are quality issues. Please contact us within three days of receipt for quality issues, and we will respond to your return or exchange request. We will not accept requests after this period. 5, About freight charges

For products with quality issues, please contact customer service before returning them. Include a list of the parcel (order number, product number, product issue, and handling plan). We do not accept cash-on-delivery items. After receiving the goods, the shipping fee will be refunded.
