Two, Product Features:
1. The body is supported by four guide columns, which increases the balance force, making the press plate more straight and the pressure more stable, thereby enhancing the adhesion between the rubber cover and the paper card.

3. The disk (square plate) can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise at will.

threeWorking Principle
The manual disk sealing machine is mainly used for the thermal sealing packaging of bubble shells and paper cards. It employs the principle of pulse heating, and selects different current outputs and on-time according to the size of the workpiece (heating area). Then, the thermal sealing packaging is completed under pressure cooling.
FourthDebugging the program and methods
1. Press the case switch button, and the switch lock will automatically pop open to open the case door. Insert the air compressor tube through the small hole at the bottom of the rear of the case, and then insert the air pressure regulating valve air inlet joint behind the case door. Secure the tube with a clamp.
2. Close the cabinet door and turn on the air source switch to input compressed air. The machine press plate will automatically retract. According to the size of the packaged product, the thickness of the vacuum forming sheet material, and the actual packaging situation, rotate the pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure to the appropriate pressure. The greater the pressure, the faster the speed of the press plate, and the greater the pressure. It is generally suitable to adjust to the air pressure of a box.
3. Plug the machine's electrical cord into a 200V AC power outlet, turn on the machine's main circuit, and connect the entire machine's circuit.
4. Place the electric wood mold (with the user's equipment according to the packaging) on the horizontal platform, and connect the wires on the electric wood mold to the electric wood mold terminal posts in the center of the machine mold platform.
Turn on the cooling switch, connect the cooling time circuit, adjust the cooling time timer knob, and select the cooling time for the press plate.
Push the mold platform counterclockwise to rotate, and observe whether the press plate automatically lowers normally. If there is no abnormality, you can place the vacuum-formed part and the paperboard on the electric wood mold to begin the trial packaging.
7. Turn on the heating switch to activate the heating time control circuit, adjust the heating time setting button, and select the appropriate electric wood mold heating element to heat for the appropriate amount of time based on the actual packaging situation.
8. The heating current conversion system is used to regulate the size of the electric current flowing through the heating element of the electric wood mold. It is possible to choose the appropriate heating current level according to the actual packaging situation.
9. Users can adjust the components according to the trial packaging to satisfy the function of each component.
Section Five: Normal Operation
1. The operator will place the blister packaging, the packaged product, and the cardboard into the electric wood mold, and then rotate the mold table in a counterclockwise direction. The machine will automatically complete the packaging and sealing work in the state that has been debugged.
2. Turn off the master switch and the gas source after work is completed.
