The F4-72 type fiberglass reinforced plastic centrifugal ventilator is manufactured using fiberglass composite material, based on the performance parameters of the metal 4-72 type ventilator. This series of fans can convey corrosive gases containing acidic, alkaline, and chemical components. The conveyed gas must not contain viscous substances, with dust and hard particles ≤150 mg/m³, gas temperature ≤60°C, and relative humidity ≤100%. This series of fans features high strength, light weight, resistance to aging, excellent corrosion resistance, low noise, and stable operation. It is an ideal general-purpose anti-corrosion fan. This series of fans is widely used in chemical industries, electroplating, oxidation processes, power plants, circuit boards, environmental protection equipment, and other locations that involve corrosive gases.
The BF4-72 type fiberglass explosion-proof centrifugal ventilator is manufactured based on customer usage conditions, using EXdI or EXdII class A and B explosion-proof isolated electric motors. It can convey flammable and explosive volatile gases such as methane, ethane, propane, styrene, toluene, xylene, carbon monoxide, acetic acid, kerosene, gasoline, and furan. Its performance parameters and installation dimensions are identical to those of the F4-72 fiberglass centrifugal ventilator. (B) The F4-72(C-type) fiberglass centrifugal ventilator uses water-cooled or oil-cooled impellers driven by V-belts connected to the motor. This design reduces corrosion on the motor, reduces deceleration, and lowers motor load, thereby increasing the lifespan of the fan.
