Working Principle
The hand-pulled hoist serves as an upgraded version
Fixed pulley, fully inheriting the advantages of a fixed pulley, while using a reducer and chain with reverse anti-backup brakes
pulley systemThe combination of symmetrical arrangement and a two-stage spur gear rotation mechanism makes it simple, durable, and efficient.
The hand-cranked hoist rotates by pulling the manual chain and the hand crank wheel, causing the friction plate ratchet to operate.
brakeThe seats rotate together as a single unit, causing the long shaft gear to rotate the plate gear, the short shaft gear, and the spline hole gear. Thus, the hoist sprocket mounted on the spline hole gear drives the hoist chain, enabling smooth lifting of heavy objects. A ratchet friction plate one-way brake is used, which can self-brake under load. The pawl engages with the ratchet under the action of a spring, ensuring safe operation of the brake.

Operation Instructions
1. It is strictly prohibited to use it under diagonal tension with excessive load.
2. It is strictly prohibited to operate using any power other than human force.
3. Before use, ensure that all components are intact, the transmission parts and lifting chains are well lubricated, and there is no abnormal idle operation.
4. Before lifting, check whether the upper and lower hooks are securely attached. The lifting chain should be hung vertically, with no twisted links. The lower hooks of a double-row chain must not turn over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the chain wheel and pull the chain, causing the chain wheel to rotate clockwise, which will lift the heavy object; pulling the chain in the opposite direction will cause the heavy object to descend slowly.
6. When lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to perform any work or move under the object to avoid major accidents.
7. During the lifting process, whether the load is rising or falling, when pulling the hand chain, apply force evenly and gently. Do not use excessive force to prevent the hand chain from jumping or the clamping ring from getting stuck.
8. If the operator notices that the hand force exceeds the normal force, they must immediately stop using it to prevent damage to the internal structure and avoid any falling object accidents.
After the heavy object lands safely and firmly, then remove it and pull the winch hook down.
10. After use, handle with care, store in a dry and well-ventilated place, and apply lubricating oil before storing.
Maintenance Instructions
1. After use, clean the gourd thoroughly and apply anti-rust oil, then store it in a dry place to prevent moisture, rust, and corrosion.
2. Maintenance and repair shall be carried out by those familiar with the hoist mechanism. The hoist components should be cleaned with kerosene, and greases applied to gears and bearings for lubrication, to prevent unauthorized disassembly or assembly by those who do not understand the machine’s operating principles.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd must undergo no-load testing to ensure it operates properly and the braking system is reliable before being delivered for use.
4. The friction surface of the brake must remain clean. The brakes should be checked regularly to prevent brake failure and self-slip of heavy objects.
5. Bearings for the lifting sprocket of the hand-pulled hoist, left and right sides
roller bearingIt can be applied with butter to the inner ring of the bearing already installed on the hoist sprocket shaft, and then placed inside the outer ring of the wall panel bearing.
6. When installing the braking device for the hand-crank hoist, ensure that the ratchet tooth groove and the pawl parts engage properly. The spring should control the pawl smoothly and reliably. After installing the hand crank wheel, rotate it clockwise to press the ratchet and friction plate tightly against the brake seat. Rotate it counterclockwise, and there should be a gap between the ratchet and the friction plate.
7. For ease of maintenance and disassembly, one link of the hand chain is equipped with an open link (cannot be welded shut).
8. During refueling and the use of the hand winch, the friction surfaces of the braking device must remain clean, and the braking effectiveness should be regularly checked to prevent the heavy object from falling due to failed braking.
