The purpose of the vacuum cleaner is to use the motor to drive the blade to rotate at high speed, generating negative air pressure in the sealed shell and absorbing dust.
The basic structure of a vacuum cleaner is divided into five parts by function:
1. Power part: vacuum cleaner motor and governor. Governor separate control, machine control.
Motor: copper wire motor and aluminum wire motor.
Copper wire motor has the advantages of high temperature resistance, long life and long single operation time, but the price is higher than that of aluminum wire.
Aluminum wire motor has the characteristics of low price, but poor temperature resistance, low melting point, life is not as long as copper wire.
Governor: the manual control type is generally the damper regulation (as shown);
The machine control type is the power type hand key or the infrared adjustment.
2. Filter system: dust bag, front filter, back filter. According to different filtering materials, they can be divided into paper, cloth, SMS and HEPA.
3. Functional parts: wire - off mechanism, dust - full indicator, button or slide switch.
4. Protection measures: dust free bag protection, high vacuum protection, anti-interference protection (soft start), overheating protection, anti-static protection.
5. Accessories: handle and hose, pipe, floor brush, flat suction, round brush, sheet brush, sofa suction, hook, strap.
6. Dust absorption principle: the fan impeller of the vacuum cleaner drives at high speed in the motor, the air in the impeller is discharged from the fan at high speed, and the air in the suction part is constantly replenished into the fan. This may as well with the outside formation of a higher pressure difference. The dust and dirt of the suction mouth are drawn into the dust absorption part along with the air, and through the leakage device, the dust and dirt are collected into the dust cylinder.
7. Original parts of vacuum cleaners: most vacuum cleaners are equipped with an assembled brush head for cleaning floors and carpets. Suction vacuum cleaners will also be equipped with a series of cleaning brushes and suction nozzle to clean corners, curtains, sofas and gaps.
8. Pipes: all suction vacuum cleaners will be equipped with hard pipes to connect the soft pipes and accessories for cleaning.
9. Electric brush: the cleaning head of the inner vacuum cleaner is a special accessory of the hybrid vacuum cleaner.
10. Round brush head: also small suction mouth, can do 360* rotation, convenient to clean furniture, fine mesh fabric.
11. Flat suction mouth: also known as a slit suction mouth, is a slender, flat hard suction mouth. It is especially suitable for cleaning wall edge, radiant heating plate, corner and shallow and narrow place.
12. Sweep brush: made of long and soft bristles, suitable for cleaning curtains, walls, etc.
