Buyer's Must-Read:
Inspection and Signing -- Please inspect the goods before signing for them. If the goods are damaged, please refuse to accept them! Return them to the courier company in person! When inspecting the goods, please make sure to open the package personally, check the quality, and count the quantity. If there are any discrepancies, please contact the seller immediately in front of the courier.
Sign first and inspect the goods later. If there are any problems, you can reject the goods (very important). Please see the following process:
1. Please sign for the goods normally. If you do not sign, the package does not belong to you. The courier is afraid to let you open the package, otherwise he will not be able to explain it back.
2. After signing, the form is in your hands, which is the most critical step. After signing, do not let the courier tear the form away. Please open the package immediately to inspect the goods.
If the order form has been torn off, you can sign it and hold it in your hand, or if it's not available at the courier's location, then please ask him to hand over the goods for you to inspect. (Since you have signed as requested, there's no reason he shouldn't give you the package.)
3. If there are no problems after checking, give the form to the courier, and everyone will be more convenient. The transaction is successful!
4. If any problems are found after inspection, please immediately cross out the signature with a pen, notify us by phone, and seal the parcel. Please have the courier reject the delivery.
5. If the courier requests proof that the package was not opened by him, please assist the courier. After all, they are responsible for delivering the goods, and even if there are problems with the items during transportation, do not make things difficult for the courier.
6. Please note that there may be problems during the logistics transportation process: The integrity of the outer packaging does not mean that the contents inside are complete, nor does it mean that the goods have not been damaged by stepping and squeezing. The integrity of the outer packaging does not mean the original packaging at the time of shipment, nor does it mean that it has not been dismantled and re-packaged. Therefore, it is necessary to inspect in person and clearly define responsibility. According to the postal law, once the recipient signs after receiving the goods, the corresponding responsibility is transferred to the recipient. If any problems occur after the courier leaves, according to the postal law, the logistics company has the right to not be responsible for any complaints or compensation requests. Therefore, in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, please sign in person to retain evidence, so that it is clear to define responsibility and facilitate the solution.
Case:
Courier: Hello, there is a parcel for you that needs your signature.
Customer: Alright, I'll take a look at the goods first.
Courier: You can only open it after signing.
Customer: Who made this rule?
Courier: This is our company's policy. If you don't sign, I'll take it back, and it will be considered a refusal.
Customer: As the courier was about to leave: Alright, I'll sign.
After signing, the customer holds on to the delivery slip, and at this point, the delivery slip must never be given to the courier personnel.
Courier: You signed the delivery slip, and it's mine to keep for our records.
Customer: I need to open the box and inspect the goods before I can give it to you. This is our family's rule. Either you tell me to refuse to sign.
Courier: Unable to say anything, I can only patiently wait for the customer to inspect the goods.
