The buyer must read

1. Within 24 hours after receiving the goods (subject to the date of waybill signing), please contact the customer service in time if any quality problem is found. The defective products must be packed in a complete package (please bring the package with you and do not paste or write in the original box). Please return it by ordinary mail or by the customer's own choice. The customer shall bear the freight and do not accept the return at collect of express delivery fee.

2, Please communicate with the customer service before returning the goods, and please indicate with the box list: customer name, product name, quantity, amount of goods, specific reasons for product quality, refund or replacement requirements, we need these sentences to be filed for acceptance.

3, We will try our best to satisfy the customer's specification of the product color or style, but we cannot guarantee 100%. If the color or style do not match, there will be no return or replacement. The rate of return of different products is different, according to the actual situation of the product to determine.

4, Please contact the customer service immediately after you return the goods. We will exchange the goods or refund the money according to the situation after we receive the goods. If there is no quality problem after inspection, we will return the original product (except for seven days without any reason). In the case of goods not sold by us being sent to us, we reserve the right to return all the returned goods to the customer without handling them.

5, The following conditions do not allow you to enjoy the return and replacement: products whose packaging is damaged or incomplete, product accessories or relevant materials are not in order, goods which are repaired or modified without authorization, not used or stored in the normal way, or beyond the service period of west lake
