03 Free Shipping |
Orders of over 1000 yuan can be delivered for free. (Free shipping is available for all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, excluding the regions of Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai, and Hainan.) 04 Distribution Instructions |

Return Process 04 |
1. Please confirm if the goods you want to return meet the corresponding return and exchange conditions. 2. Register the relevant exchange information with customer service (please be sure to contact customer service personnel to handle it). 3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, and click on the return option. Select the refund reason as "Consensus with the Seller." 4. After the refund officer approves your application, return the goods to the following address. (Refuse to receive cash on delivery!) After sending the goods, you need to re-enter the return page and click "Fill in Logistics Information" to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number, and contact phone number. 6. After we receive your returned goods and confirm the approval (confirming that the accessories are complete and do not affect resale), we will process a refund for you within the prescribed time frame. Your returned item application has been rejected, possibly because the application method does not comply with the relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.

05 Exchange Process |
Due to the exchange problem, we need to confirm the stock of the goods, so please be sure to contact the customer service staff to handle it. The product you need to replace is available in stock, subject to confirmation by our customer service staff. Please cooperate with us to complete the following steps: 1. Contact customer service to register the relevant exchange information (product color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, contact number, etc.). 2. Once you receive the Alipay message from the customer service staff confirming the successful exchange, please send back the exchanged goods along with the returned and exchange application form (tick the goods that need to be exchanged) as soon as possible. Friendship Tip: To ensure that your goods are returned in time, it is recommended to use regular express delivery. 3. After the goods are shipped, please contact customer service again to provide the shipping number of the returned goods, so that we can track the returned goods and process the exchange more quickly for you. 4. Once the warehouse receives the returned goods and conducts the review, we will send out the exchange goods as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on your delivery.
