Free delivery for a single order over 1,000 yuan or more. (Free delivery areas are all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China except Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Qinghai and Hainan)

04 delivery instructions

Entrust Yunda Express to deliver goods (for large items, you can specify delivery, and consult customer service for specific Wangwang).
The following services are not available.
1. Delivery of specified date and time
2. After the order payment is successful, modify the non-city delivery address (if the order product is already in the delivery process, the City address cannot be changed)
Note:
1. In areas where Yunda Express cannot be delivered, it is only delivered to nearby outlets, and the buyer needs to pick up the goods at the Express outlets.
2. In case of special weather (such as rain and snow weather, earthquake, etc.), traffic control and other special factors, the delivery time will be extended. Please refer to the arrival time of the delivery company for details.
3. Our company reserves the right to change the courier company. If you actually deliver the courier company, please contact Customer Service in Wangwang!

05 member rights

After a successful transaction, you can become an ordinary member of the company. For more information about member rights and interests, see member zone.

06 modify order
|
After your 1688 orders are confirmed (click "confirm, Purchase"), the 1688 orders System will process them automatically and cannot manually modify the products and quantities in the generated orders.
We recommend that you use 1688" add purchase order"Function, merge the products to be purchased into one order to avoid the situation that multiple freight charges need to be paid.

After-sales service and guarantee
01 declaration

This process is only applicable to non-customized products (customization is subject to the agreement of both parties. By default, it is not a quality problem and cannot be returned or exchanged).

02 after-sales validity period
|
If the quality problem is found within 48 hours after signing, contact customer service to register and handle it. If the quality problem is confirmed, refund/exchange is supported (our company bears the freight).

03 return conditions
|
Our company provides consumers with 7-day no-reason return service.
No return service is available for products under the following circumstances:
1. Used and artificially damaged goods
2. Quality problems caused by customers themselves
3. Goods received more than 7 days
4. The product list is not sent back, or the reason for return and the quantity of return are not indicated on the product list.
5. The outer packaging, accessories and gifts of the product are defective.

04 return process
|
1. Please confirm whether the goods you want to return are returned or not.
2. Contact customer service to register relevant exchange information (please be sure to contact customer service staff)
3. Log in to your 1688 account to select the product and click return. The reason for refund is selected "and the seller has reached an agreement"
4. After the refund specialist agrees with your application, return the returned goods to the following address. (reject the payment on arrival!)
5. After sending the goods, you need to enter the return page again and click [fill in the logistics information] to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number and contact number.
6. After we receive your returned goods and pass the review (confirm that the accessories are complete without affecting the secondary sales), we will refund you within the specified time.
※ The return you applied for may be rejected because the application method does not comply with relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund progress.

05 exchange process
|
Due to the exchange problem, you need to confirm the inventory of the goods, so please contact the customer service staff to handle it.
On the premise that the customer service personnel confirm that the goods you need to replace are in stock, please cooperate with us to do the following:
1. Contact customer service to register relevant exchange information (color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, contact number, etc.).
2. After receiving the Wangwang message sent by the customer service staff, please send back the exchanged goods and the filled-in return and exchange application form (check the goods to be exchanged) as soon as possible.
※ Friendly reminder: to ensure the timely return of your goods, we recommend that you use regular Express
3. After the goods are sent out, please contact Customer Service again to inform the waybill number of the goods sent back so that we can track the returned goods and operate the exchange for you faster.
4. After the warehouse receives the returned goods and reviews them, it will be sent out as soon as possible. Please check them carefully.
※ Important note:
a) during the whole exchange process, please do not perform any operations on the 1688 system. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
B) do not apply for a refund during the replacement process, otherwise the replacement operation will not be carried out.
c) if the goods have not been sent out within seven days after the registration and replacement, we will be deemed to give up the replacement.
d) you shall bear the return shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
