Operating instructions:

V touch MODE key to light the display screen, display time and number of steps, short Press MODE key Display date, short Press MODE key Display Week

V time and display settings:

• O in the display time state, long Press MODE key6 enter the settings of the wrist lifting screen in seconds to display OFF/ON flashing,

short Press MODE key selection ON/OFF, ON it indicates that the function of raising the wrist and brightening the screen is turned on, OFF it indicates that the bright screen of wrist lifting is closed.

• O long press3 enter in seconds24/12 hour system selection, short Press MODE key selection switch
